Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of the astarojna.com website and the Astarojna Telemetrydesktop application (together, the "Service"), offered by Gilberto Ehlke, an individual, under the Astarojna Studios brand (company in formation), Araucária–PR, Brazil — contact: contato@astarojna.com. By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What the Service is

Astarojna Telemetry is an application that displays cockpit instruments, GPS, and an overlay for the game War Thunder, reading the data through the official interface that the game itself makes available on your machine. The Service does not modify the game, does not read the process memory, does not inject code, and does not capture the screen.

2. Account and license

• Your Astarojna account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account.
• Your account holds your license: you unlock the features by signing in with the same account in the application.
• The license allows use on up to 3 devices and one active session at a time — opening it elsewhere may end the previous session. This prevents improper sharing.
• We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Service under these Terms.

3. Plans, payment, and renewal

• The Base is a one-time payment. The Premium and Pro plans are optional monthly subscriptions that require the Base.
• Payments are processed by Mercado Pago (Brazil) and Lemon Squeezy (international). We do not have access to your card data.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
• Applicable prices and taxes are shown at checkout before confirmation.

4. Guarantee and refund

We offer a 7-day guarantee: if you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by writing to contato@astarojna.com. The request can be made through the same channel used for the purchase or through our electronic support, with confirmation of receipt. After the refund, the corresponding access is terminated.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license or account;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent the license protection, except where the law permits;
• use the Service for gameplay automation, cheating, exploiting flaws, reading the game's memory, injecting code, or intercepting the game's traffic;
• use the Service to display, compute, or highlight enemies, targets, positions, distances, trajectories, markers, or any information that gives an undue competitive advantage in modes where such information is not available through the game's normal interface;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or one that violates third-party rights.

6. Experimental feature — head tracking

Volk-Track / head tracking is an optional and experimental feature. It seeks to act as an auxiliary device/input, without modifying the game client, reading memory, injecting code, or automating gameplay. Even so, third-party software may be blocked by anti-cheat, by game updates, or by Gaijin's decisions. Astarojna does not guarantee acceptance by Gaijin, the absence of blocks, the absence of anti-cheat alerts, or the absence of sanctions on your account. Review Gaijin's applicable rules; use is at your own risk. The rest of the Service continues to use only the game's official interface.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its code, design, and trademarks belong to Astarojna. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. War Thunder is a trademark of Gaijin Entertainment; Astarojna is not affiliated with or sponsored by Gaijin.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We strive to keep it stable and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every configuration or future version of the game. Its operation depends on Windows, on an internet connection for license validation, on the availability of Astarojna's servers, and on Gaijin's maintenance of the local data exposed by the War Thunder client.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astarojna is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law (including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code).

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of fraud, improper chargeback, violation of these Terms, or abusive use. You may close your account at any time; the handling of your data after closure follows the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be communicated through our channels, and the effective date at the top will be updated. Continued use after the effective date means agreement.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the district of Araucária–PR are chosen to settle disputes, without prejudice to the consumer's right to resort to the courts of their domicile. Where there are versions of these Terms in other languages, the Portuguese version prevails.
