Platform Terms

These Terms govern the use of the Astarojna Platform — the set of online services offered by Gilberto Ehlke, an individual, under the Astarojna Studios brand (company in formation), in Araucária–PR, Brazil, including the astarojna.com website, your Astarojna account, and the platform modules (among them the management panel and the social integrations). Some products have their own terms that complement these — such as the Astarojna Telemetry desktop application. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Platform Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

The Astarojna Platform is operated by Gilberto Ehlke, an individual, under the Astarojna Studios brand (company in formation), Araucária–PR, Brazil. Contact: contato@astarojna.com.

2. What the Platform is

Astarojna is a platform with several branches. Today the main product is Astarojna Telemetry (instruments and overlay for War Thunder), and the Platform includes your account, payments, communications, and a social integrations module that brings the metrics of your published content into your own account. These Terms are the umbrella for the Platform; where a product has specific terms, those prevail over these for whatever is particular to that product.

3. Account and authentication

• Your Astarojna account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account.
• We recommend enabling two-step verification (2FA). You may optionally sign in via social login (Discord).
• You must provide truthful information and keep your email up to date, since that is how we send you important notices.
• Your account is the center of your relationship with the Platform: it is how you access the products and integrations you enable.

4. Payments and subscriptions

• Payments are processed by Mercado Pago (including Pix), our primary provider, and by Lemon Squeezy (legacy, international). We do not have access to your card data.
• There are one-time purchase items and subscriptionitems (automatic renewal until cancellation). The breakdown of each product's plans and prices is at checkout and in that product's specific terms.
• Applicable prices and taxes are shown at checkout before confirmation. You can cancel subscriptions at any time in your account; access continues until the end of the period already paid.

5. Email communications

We send transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, security and service notices), which are part of how your account works. If you choose to receive news and marketing communications, we use double opt-in: we only start sending after you confirm your subscription, and every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

6. Website analytics

To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build an individual profile or track you across sites. We do not use advertising or third-party trackers.

7. Social integrations (TikTok, Meta, and YouTube)

The Platform offers an optional connection with TikTok, Instagram/Facebook (Meta), and YouTube (Google) accounts. Only the account administrator connects a social account, and always through the platforms' official authorization (OAuth) flows — via the Astarojna Connect module.

• What for: to import the metrics and insights of your own content — such as views, reach, likes, comments, and saves — so you can analyze the performance of what you publish, inside the Platform.
• How: via official APIs — the TikTok Display API (for example, to list your videos and their statistics), the Meta Graph API (for insights of the accounts you administer), and the YouTube Data API (for metrics of your own videos and Shorts). We access only what the scope you authorized allows.
• Limits: we read data of your own content and accounts. We do not use these integrations to collect third-party data, we do not post on your behalf without an action from you, and we do not sell or share this data.
• Compliance:use follows the platforms' terms (TikTok Developer Terms, Meta Platform Terms, and, for Google, the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable) and our Privacy Policy. We also respect the limits and purposes you authorized.
• Revocation: you can disconnecta social account at any time, within the Platform or in the network's own settings. When you disconnect, we revoke access and discard the corresponding tokens.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or one that violates third-party rights;
• share, resell, or sublicense your account or access, nor attempt to circumvent technical or security limits;
• connect social accounts that you do not administer or are not authorized to administer;
• use the social integrations for spam, improper collection of third-party data, or any practice prohibited by the platforms.

9. Intellectual property and trademarks

The Platform, its code, design, and trademarks belong to Astarojna. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance; Instagram and Facebook are trademarks of Meta Platforms; YouTube and Google are trademarks of Google LLC; War Thunder is a trademark of Gaijin Entertainment. Astarojna is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by these companies.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We strive to keep it stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The social integrations depend on third-party services (TikTok, Meta, Google/YouTube) and on those platforms' policies, limits, and availability, which may change without notice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astarojna is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law (including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code).

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of fraud, improper chargeback, violation of these Terms, or abusive use. You may close your account at any time; the handling of your data after closure follows the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be communicated through our channels, and the date at the top will be updated. Continued use after the effective date means agreement.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the district of Araucária–PR are chosen to settle disputes, without prejudice to the consumer's right to resort to the courts of their domicile. Where there are versions of these Terms in other languages, the Portuguese version prevails.
